Why is this video choppy on playback?

Our video uses a cpu intensive codec for our remarkable playback size and quality, you need a modern system to play this back in full frame rate. See system requirements for more information..

My movie plays for a short while then stops. Then if I wait I can play it again. Why is this?

Inside of our player bar you can see a dark gray "fill in" bar grow, this is the status of your download, or how much of your file has downloaded. The playhead, or "ball" can not play what it hasn't yet downloaded. If the movie is downloading slowly, choose another option from our menu or switch to a faster network connection.
